John has spent the last 30 years working in the food industry; holding positions within both retail & food manufacturing businesses. His roles have included positions within operations, technical and R&D functions. John has a comprehensive knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes with extensive experience in meat manufacturing and its further processing. His current responsibilities cover all aspects of the site’s management; driving operational improvements and implementing strategic business plans alongside the management of the production, technical, engineering and planning & logistics functions across the site.
